1. Agreement to Terms

By using GetTix.events, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

GetTix.events provides a ticketing platform for event organizers. You create events, connect your own payment processor, and sell tickets. Ticket revenue goes directly to your account.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account.

4. Payment Processing

GetTix.events does not process payments. You connect your own merchant or payment processor account. You are responsible for:

• Your relationship with your payment processor
• All payment processing fees
• Chargebacks, disputes, and refunds

5. Fees

You set a ticket fee (minimum $2.00 per ticket). That fee is split 50/50 between you and GetTix.events. GetTix.events invoices you for our share.

6. Organizer Responsibilities

As the event organizer, you are responsible for:

• Accuracy of event information
• Delivering the event as described
• Attendee support and communications
• Refunds and dispute resolution
• Compliance with applicable laws

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GetTix.events for illegal activities, fraudulent ticket sales, or events that violate third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

GetTix.events provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for issues with your payment processor, attendee disputes, event cancellations, or loss of revenue.

9. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
